Lincoln Drive is a two-story residential property located in one of the neighborhoods surrounding Philadelphia’s scenic Wissahickon Valley Park. Our client hoped to bring a modern, airy feel to the ground level of their home. They also envisioned a more guest-friendly first floor with a powder room and sitting area. With our clients goals in mind, we got to work.

3200 Kensington Avenue, a three-story building in the heart of the Kensington neighborhood, sat vacant for years. When Shift Capital invited us to help execute their plans to turn 3200 into a mixed use development with 16 residential units on the upper floors, we jumped at the opportunity.

Càphê Roasters’ mission is to revitalize the Kensington neighborhood through coffee and community. A winner of Shift Capital’s Storefront Challenge, Càphê Roasters tapped us to build out their new home at J-centrel on the corner of Kensington and J Street.

The Laboratory Fit Out is a non-clinical contract research organization that provides data, analytics related to gene therapy and biotherapeutics. When the company found themselves in need of a more sophisticated laboratory space, they tapped us. Leveraging our team's expertise in laboratory design and installation, we turned what was once a vanilla box into a lab capable of keeping pace with their ambitious work.
