Deidre Downes
Managing Partner
Deidre is a Managing Partner of the company and handles the company's legal affairs. Deidre is an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and California. She has extensive experience in representing private equity funds in venture capital, buy-out and other investment transactions, and on representing emerging growth companies in corporate finance, investment, acquisition, joint venture and other strategic transactions, across a wide variety of industries, including real estate related ventures. Deidre also has experience representing public companies subject to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as well as investment companies subject to the Investment Company Act of 1940 and investment advisers subject to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.
Previously she was an associate at large national law firms in Philadelphia, PA and Los Angeles, CA.
Deidre is a graduate of Temple University (B.A., summa cum laude, 1999), and Harvard Law School (J.D., 2002).
