BDFS Group, Inc. was founded by Deidre Downes and Calvin R. Snowden, Jr. in 2008. We provide our clients with high quality real estate development and construction management services. We are dedicated to understanding our clients' goals and helping our clients identify and capitalize on real estate opportunities that suit their appetite. In connection with our full service approach, we offer to our clients construction management services.
We have combined real estate, construction and business experience of over 20 years, and we have developed a niche market within undervalued communities.
In addition, we have developed a financial literacy program which is tailored to serve the residents of undervalued communities. Through participation in our program, residents become educated consumers and go on to become homeowners, business owners, and viable assets to the community.
